Woohoo! Just extended my wireless network...
Here I am sitting in the conservatory with a fantastic Wifi signal courtesy of an Airport Express that I set up in five minutes earlier this evening.
Normally I'd be struggling to get a signal for my router's wifi while sitting here. I decided that with the warm weather it would be good to sit in the conservatory in the afternoon/evening to work as it will be cooler than in my study. I've now got my printer connected to the network and not to a single computer so I can print from anywhere that I can get onto my network.
Now this might not appear to be a very exciting event but the ease of setting up the Apple Airport Extreme in network extension mode was so brilliant I'm wondering why I waited so long!!
I expect you all got here ages before I did, but at least I got here!! :-)
